Just for context when it's used on my profile; mutuals = we've interacted multiple times and/or I have you friended on discord.

If I do not response to your request within 48 hours, you can consider it denied.

There is one commission per slot, you can claim multiple slots but submit a new form for each request. I may decide to only take one however.

Commission slots, waitlist, and pinglist will be stored on my Trello.

I only accept payments through Paypal and they will be taken through Paypal.me, I will not make exceptions for this.

You must be over 18 to buy anything from me as per Paypal’s TOS. Proof will never be asked for but if I come into the knowledge that someone is under 18, I will refuse service.

I do not sell to blank accounts or accounts under 3 months old. The only exception is if you can provide solid proof of an active account that you own, on any social media. Activity just means any interaction; favs, reposts, filled out profile, profile pic, etc. Not just uploaded content.

My artwork should never be used for commercial use. Commissioned artwork can only be used if you've paid for commercial rights which can be discussed.

As the original artist I keep the rights as the creator to all my artwork. This includes the right to use my work for self-promotion and upload it to my social medias.

My artwork and designs are not to be used in any type of blockchain or AI. If I find my artwork being used this way by a customer, any ongoing transactions will be canceled and you will be publicly blacklisted immediately.

If a fraudulent chargeback is filed against me, any ongoing transactions will be canceled and you will be publicly blacklisted immediately.

I will not tolerate any outright rude and/or disrespectful behavior towards me. If this happens, I will cancel any ongoing transactions from you and you’ll be privately blacklisted.

I require full payment before I start on your commission. I do not do payment plans at the moment.

Do not send payments before we're done discussing, I will not be compensating Paypal fees to return that money. I will link to my Paypal.me when both of us are in agreement and ready.

As a commissioner you are allowed to use your commissioned artwork for anything personal (EX: Upload as an icon/banner/wallpaper, in a video, upload to character’s Toyhouse, etc), but give proper credit.

Note that all my commissioned artwork will always have a small watermark added to the full resolution given to commissioners. (EX: StarlightHL 2025)

Commissions are worked on at my own pace and completion can vary greatly between each one. I only take 5 slots per month and my goal is usually to finish them within said month, but that is absolutely not a guarantee. My trello is always open to see my process and I will do my best to give updates.

I tend to send wips for approval and ask clarifying questions quite often, not answering will affect the amount of time it takes for me to finish your commission.

I try to do commissions in the order I accept them but I will jump around the queue sometimes.

Give me at least a month's notice if you need your commission by a certain time so I can make sure to finish it by the given date. If a month's notice isn’t given, I’ll most likely deny your request.

My commissioned artwork may be posted to my social medias. Let me know if you would like a private commission.

The characters requested in your commission must be yours, you have permission to use them, or it is a gift for the owner.

Have a clear ref of your character before commissioning me. I do not accept traditionally drawn references or written descriptions.

A few minor edits are allowed with no charge (EX: small color changes, small fur edits) however I will stop taking edits requests after 2 separate rounds are made. Major edits will have extra fees included. If a glaring mistake is made on a commission that is an error on my part, I will fix the error with no extra charge as it was my fault. (EX: drew the character as the wrong species)

For any edits are wanted or needed after a piece is completed, tell me within a week from the completion date. I will not change anything after a week and may delete the file by then.

Do not resell my designs for more than you brought it for unless the character has collected additional art and worth.

You are allowed to use the design itself in commercial use. The ownership of the design is yours once brought, however I still hold the rights as the designer and my artwork of the design is not to be used in commercial use.

You are allowed to edit my designs once you own them and even though I would prefer if they stayed recognizable, they don’t have to be. You’re still required to give credit to me as the original designer even after a character has been redesigned.

Designs are not refundable after they've been bought.

I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, without a stated reason.

You also have the right to cancel a commission at any time, without a stated reason.

Refunds will not be given to commissions that are in the coloring stage, very near completion, or already completed. A partial refund of 50% of the original payment can be granted when a commission is in the sketch or lineart stage. Full refunds will only be given if I haven’t started on your commission at all.
