I only accept Paypal at the moment and payments will be taken through Paypal.me, I will not make exceptions for this.

All of my artwork is to never be used for commercial use. Commissioned artwork can only be used if you've paid for commercial rights which can be discussed.

Do not use any of my artwork to promote anything inappropriate or controversial.

You must be 16+ to buy commissions/designs from me. Proof isn’t needed, just know if you’re under 18 and your parent/guardian wants a refund because they weren't aware of the transaction, they will not be getting it. I’m also just generally uncomfortable taking payments from anyone under 16.

I will not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior towards me, if anyone is like this, your commissions can be canceled and you’ll be blacklisted from buying anything from me.

As the original artist I keep the rights as the creator to all my artwork. This includes the right to use my artwork/designs for self-promotion and upload it to my social medias or sites.

My artwork and designs are not to be used in or as any type of blockchain (EX: NFTs, cryptocurrencies, etc). If I find my artwork being used for a blockchain by a customer, you will be publicly blacklisted immediately and I will never do business with you again.

If a chargeback is filed against me, any ongoing commissions/transactions will be canceled, you will be publicly blacklisted immediately, and I will never do business with you again.

I can deny a commission request without a reason.

I require full payment before I start on your commission. I don't do payment plans at the moment.

Do not send payment before I accept your commission request, I will give the go ahead and link to my Paypal.me when ready.

If you would like to use your commission for commercial use let me know before submitting a commission request so we can discuss fees.

As a commissioner you are allowed to use your commissioned artwork for anything personal use (EX: Upload as an icon/banner/wallpaper, in a video, upload to character’s Toyhouse, etc), but give proper credit by putting my name and/or linking to any of my social medias.

Commissions are worked on at my own pace which means completion can vary greatly between each commission, don't be rudely pushy with me because I will not tolerate it. That being said, don’t be afraid to ask for updates and wips, I don’t mind updating as long as it’s kindly. Remember my Trello is always open for anyone to see, I try to be as open and honest about my progress as possible.

Keep in contact with me, I will often send out wips for approval and not answering will affect the amount of time it takes to finish your commission.

I generally do commissions in the order I accept them but I will jump around the queue sometimes.

There is a limit of 2 commissions per slot.

Very large accessories, characters with wings, and very complex designs will cost extra.

Give me at least a 2 weeks notice if you need your commission by a certain time so I can make sure to finish it by the given date. If a 2 week notice isn’t given, I’ll most likely deny your request.

My commissioned artwork is very often posted to my social medias, let me know if you would like a private commission.

The characters requested in your commission must be yours, you have permission to use them, or it is a clear gift for the owner.

Have a clear ref of your character before commissioning me. I do not accept traditionally drawn references or written descriptions for characters.

I try to make sure commissioners are happy with their purchase so if you want/need something changed on your commission, tell me within a week after I've given you the finished piece. I will not change anything after a week as I have probably deleted the file by then.

A few minor edits are allowed with no charge (EX: marking mistakes, small color changes, small fur edits), but I will not edit anymore after 2 different requests for it. Major edits will come with extra fees.

Note that all my commissioned artwork will always have a small watermark added to the full resolution given to commissioners.

I will not sell adopts to accounts that aren’t 3 months old.

Do not resell my designs for more than you brought it for unless the character has collected additional art and worth.

Give proper credit anywhere you use the design publicly by putting my name and/or linking to any of my social medias. This isn’t a strict rule but it’s greatly appreciated.

You are allowed to use the design itself in commercial use. The ownership of the design is yours once brought, however I still hold the rights as the designer and my artwork of the design is not to be used in commercial use.

Do not heavily copy or claim my designs as your own. I don't mind designs being referenced from an adopt that you own for the sake of storytelling (EX: creating a family member of the character), just do not profit or sell flatout rip-offs of my designs.

You are allowed to edit my designs once you own them and even though I would prefer if they stayed recognizable, they don’t have to be. You’re still required to give credit to me as the original designer even after a character has been redesigned.

Designs are not refundable after they've been bought. Customs will work similar to commissions but refunds for adopts will not be given for any reason.

I have the right to cancel and refund a commission without a stated reason. The general reasons for why I would cancel a commission is very likely something personal where I can no longer finish your commission, but it could be because I don’t feel comfortable doing business with you anymore.

You do have a right to cancel a commission before it’s in the coloring stage but know how my refunds are given and don’t be upset if you only get a partial refund, I still need to be paid for my time. You can not cancel a commission once it’s in the coloring stage, I will most likely be near completing it by then.

Refunds will not be given to commissions that are in the coloring stage, very near completion, or already completed. A partial refund of 50% of the original payment can be granted when a commission is in the sketch or lineart stage. Full refunds will only be given if I haven’t started on your commission at all.
